Within this setting, we follow a way that feels precise and intentional. With Mediterranean roots and Middle Eastern influences, our kitchen follows no fixed direction. Familiar in some ways, unexpected in others, but always grounded in flavors that go beyond borders. Square was never built around one single idea.
