This summer, guests who visited our Square restaurant in Portonovi had a new and unique experience in gastronomy. At the beginning of June 2022, we presented the concept of Middle Eastern cuisine with Western-Mediterranean admixtures, which captivated with its elegance a perfect balance of taste.
There`s a wonderful view at the marina of the main Marina square of Portonovi and the mountain wreath with the hint of Kotor. Pleasant and professional staff, fulfill the atmosphere and contribute to an unforgettable experience of moments in our restaurant.
Our Chef with many years of international experience, Nikola Markotanović, finds a special inspiration in the presentation of dishes from different cultures in a Mediterranean way.
Understanding other cultures and the general progress we achieve through new knowledge and continuous improvement in new ways of cooking and service, thereby expanding the range of unique dishes full of extravagance and boldness, fresh ingredients and unforgettable flavors.
